Privacy policy
Last updated 20 October 2026.
This policy explains how Factovize uses personal details collected through the enquiry form on this website. It is written for visitors in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Who we are
For privacy questions, telephone +44 7474303816 or email [email protected].
What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company
- The area of interest you choose
- The message you write
We ask you to confirm that we may use these details to respond. This website does not use analytics or advertising tools.
Cookies
Factovize does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores one cookie, factovize_cookie_choice, on your device to remember whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice. It is kept for six months and is not used to follow you across other websites. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
Why we use it
We use the details to reply to your enquiry, discuss the relevant software and follow up on deployment questions. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months, unless a business relationship means we need to keep them for longer. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are emailed to Factovize. The email provider that delivers the message processes it for that purpose. We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to other companies for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Provide a copy of your enquiry details
- Correct them
- Delete them
- Restrict how we use them
- Stop using them, including by withdrawing consent
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
